Det var tyvärr ett ganska bra tag sedan jag läste den här, så är inte helt 100 på om det jag tror hände i den här faktiskt hände i den här boken. Men jag hoppas det. Halv-spektakulära mord. Kanske inte de mest intressanta. Dock var den viktig för Roarkes "utveckling" och vi fick veta hemska men bra grejer om hans släkt och historia.
Som vanligt en underhållande bok. Det är verkligen en bok/serie som man ofta skrattar rakt ut åt. Ofta även väldigt spännande!

Här var morden helt klart mer spektakulära än i Portrait In Death. Jag gillar verkligen hela den här Copy-Cat delen. Spektakulära mord gör det helt klart till bättre böcker. Eve har en intressant minne/dröm-grej från när Eve var liten som sätter tonen för hela boken.
Precis som Portrait så är det en underhållande bok. Man skrattar mycket när man läser den, men det är även en hel del "hemskheter". Morden är spektakulära men de är verkligen brutala och hemska.
17 av 40 hittills publicerade böcker avklarade! Så småningom är jag förhoppningsvis ikapp!

Lyssnade om på denna främst för att den fanns tillgänglig. Lärdomen av detta är att ljudbok på svenska inte är något jag ska fortsätta med och att jag är förvånad över hur mycket jag faktiskt kommer ihåg av ett individuellt fall. Men introduktionen av Roarke och Eve är ju inget man glömmer i första taget.

Roligt tema med Agatha Christie genom boken och ett lite annorlunda mord/mordsituation. Spännande som vanligt men lite svårt att hålla isär alla karaktärerna.

Kan inte säga att den här boken var särskilt anmärkningsvärd.

Roarke är alltid inblandad. Det är bara att inse det dock är han ju allt mer involverad på den legitima delen nu.

Ganska brutalt mord. Men ändå ganska spännande att höra om forskning och sådant som har hänt mellan idag och den här tänkta framtiden.
In Death #14: Reunion In Death

Väldigt essentiell bok, en av några som man verkligen måste läsa. Just för Eves egna utveckling och historia.
In Death #15: Purity In Death
Louie Cogburn had spent three days holed up in his apartment, staring at his computer screen. His pounding headache was unbearable - it felt like spikes drilling into his brain. And it was getting worse. Finally, when someone knocked at his door, Louie picked up a baseball bat, opened up the door, and started swinging.... Bra bok. Gillar verkligen hur the IT-crew med Roarke, Feeney, McNabb och Jaime, som var med i en av de fösta böckerna, arbetade.
För att göra någon slags generell beskrivning av In Death serien så finns det vissa nyckel punkter att ta upp:
1) Roarke är alltid inblandad. Och ja, vi gillar det. Men det börjar bli lite komiskt.
2) Alla av de essentiella karaktärerna är jättebra. Man gillar dem verkligen. Eve och Roarke tillsammans är ju typ bäst.
3) Man måste typ inte läsa alla böckerna för det händer egentligen inte så mycket. Men samtiigt händer det ofta någon viktig liten detalj, framför allt i olika relationer eller för att en karaktär ska utvecklas som man faktiskt inte vill missa. Så jag tycker att man nästan måste läsa alla 40 böckerna.
Jag gillar det. Bra storys, setting och karaktärer. Väldigt annorlunda mot allt annat jag läser; en framtida polisserie liksom!
